Research Interests:
Remote sensing, volcanology, planetary surface composition and evolution

Current Projects:
I use remote sensing to study the composition and evolution of the terrestrial planets. In past work I've used multiple datasets (thermal infrared data, topography, stratigraphy, and thermophysical properties) to study the occurrence of olivine on Mars. In my most recent work, I use thermal infrared remote sensing to determine the onset, frequency, extent, and intensity of volcanic eruptions on the Earth.
