Who can Enroll

Family Exploration Program
Students in grades 2, 3, 4, 5 (as of January 1, 2010) accompanied by one adult
Tuition: $275.00 total for one student and one accompanying adult
Duration: 2 days, June 12-13, 2010, University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Honolulu, Oahu

How to Enroll
The program has limited enrollment.

Tuition must be paid in full and mailed with a completed Enrollment Form to Future Flight Hawai'i at:

Make personal check, money order, or cashier's check payable to RCUH (Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii). A penalty fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Reservations for programs are confirmed on a first come, first served basis until all spaces are filled. Subsequent enrollees will be placed on a waiting list. No substitutions are allowed. No new confirmations will be made within two weeks of the program start date.

Upon receipt of the enrollment form and tuition check, applicants will be sent a confirmation letter along with additional forms and information applicable to the program.


Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations made after registration has been confirmed will result in a fee assessed against the refund. These fees are described in detail in the Family Exploration Program description.

There will be no refunds due to partial or full non-participation by the student/adult due to illness, injury, or voluntary withdrawal, or for any changes in program activities caused by circumstances beyond the control of Future Flight Hawai'i.
